What to Expect
Here is what you can expect at your sweat session
Before your Session
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your session. Drinking an electrolyte-replacing water or a sports drink is strongly recommended before and after use.
What to Wear
Lightweight shorts and tee shirt are ok. Swimsuits are better. “Birthday Suit” is just fine, too. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session.
After your Session
When you finish your sauna session, it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire. Sit with a towel or wrap around you for about 5 minutes. Enjoy a cold eucalyptus towel located in the Cold Towel fridge. Shower 30-60 minutes after your session. Please note we do not have a shower facility.

Chromotherapy or light therapy is the science of using colors to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms.
RED
Believed to increase the pulse, raise blood pressure and increase the rate of breathing. Red would be applied to support circulatory and nervous functions.ORANGE

Purifies the skin, helps with indigestion, strengthens the nervous system, treats glandular diseases, hepatitis and lymphatic disorders and assists metabolism.GREEN
