Outside of the spa, Megan enjoys life with her husband, Michael, and their two sons, Cohen and Henry, along with their affectionate labradoodle, Oscar, in University Place.

Brooke is dedicated to cultivating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our guests at Serenity Spa. Before joining the Sereniteam, she spent over three years as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, bringing a mindful and compassionate approach to her interactions.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys chasing after her adventurous toddler, Maisy, and is the host of the Messy Mystic Podcast, where she explores topics related to wellness and spirituality. Her warm spirit and commitment to creating a nurturing environment make her a cherished part of our team.

With over a decade of experience in customer service and two years in the spa industry, Diamond is passionate about training and empowering those around her. She believes in uplifting others by speaking love and positivity into their lives, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

A devoted animal lover, Diamond shares her home with her 4-year-old Cane Corso, Whiskey Mae, and her rescue kitty, Artemis June. When she’s not at the spa, you can find her enjoying quality time with her partner and fur babies or exploring local thrift shops on the weekends. With over 10 years of experience in customer service across multiple industries and five years as a business owner, Malia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Serenity Spa. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor's in Law and Policy, her dedication to customer service shines through in her role as Assistant Spa Manager, where she specializes in creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Outside of work, Malia is a proud mom to an amazing 5-year-old daughter who is her world, and she shares her home with one dog and two cats—who keep her on her toes! Malia loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s enjoying the water in the summer or hitting the slopes for skiing and snow activities in the winter. She also enjoys golfing and living an active, healthy lifestyle.

Sara Blixt, LMT (she/her)

Sara earned her license in massage therapy from Cortiva Institute of Seattle in 2016 after spending 14 years in the food service industry. Following graduation, she apprenticed for a year at a medical and sports massage clinic in Seattle, honing her skills and deepening her knowledge of therapeutic techniques. She has since continued to expand her expertise through bi-annual Lomi Lomi training in Maui, allowing her to blend traditional Hawaiian healing practices with other modalities.

Sara is passionate about creating a safe and relaxing environment where clients can experience true relief. She specializes in combining various techniques to meet each client's unique needs, including Lomi Lomi, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, and structural integration. As our Lead Esthetician for University Place and Gig Harbor, Natalie is driven by her mission to help others find inner peace through skincare. Having overcome her own struggles with acne in childhood, she graduated from Summit Salon Academy and became a Licensed Esthetician.

When asked what she loves about her job, Natalie enthusiastically responds, “Everything!” She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients, educating them on their skin’s behavior, and crafting personalized long-term skincare plans.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys cooking with her husband and indulging her love for all things Star Wars. Her passion for skincare and connection with clients make her an integral part of the Serenity team.

Darren has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from Everest College in 2009. Initially trained as a spa specialist, he gained expertise in aromatherapy, body product formulation, spa modalities, and menu curation. Over the years, Darren transitioned to specialize in medical massage, focusing on injury treatment, functional movement, and client education.

He finds joy in assisting clients on their wellness journeys, helping them improve their quality of life, and guiding them as they regain control after serious injuries. One of Darren’s favorite aspects of working at Serenity is the supportive family atmosphere among his coworkers, where everyone lifts each other up.
