We want to thank you for being a Serenity Spa Member. It is our sincere hope that your membership at Serenity Spa offered you the kind of sanctuary for well-being that we hope to offer all of our guests.
While we will miss having you as a member, we will certainly always hold a place for you to hopefully come back as a guest, or perhaps as a member again in the future! Your feedback on the form below is extremely valuable to us and we thank you for any input that could possibly improve our memberships.
As detailed in your contract, your membership hold or cancellation will be effective 30 days from receipt of your request.
